Director – Sales & Marketing
Carla comes from an extensive background of customer service in the hospitality sector with exceptional guest relation skills. Her passion for sales, tourism and client satisfaction is invaluable to our team as well as clients. She began her career with Lakeview in 2018 as the Sales Coordinator at the Lakeview Signature – Trademark Collection by Wyndham Winnipeg Airport Hotel. Moved to the Airport Properties Sales Manager in 2019 and has now accepted the Director Role.

Will Streilein
Regional Sales Manager
Will joined the Lakeview team in August 2017 with five years of previous hospitality experience. He first joined the Grand Hotel by Lakeview as the Front Office Manager overseeing the operation of the guest services team. In 2018 he added the group block and catering portfolio to his responsibilities. In 2021, he accepted the role of Interim General Manager and was later named the Assistant General Manager. Starting in 2024 Will moved into his current position as Regional Sales Manager for all five of our Manitoba properties.

Born and raised in Gimli, Amber began her career in hospitality at just 15 years old, starting as a hostess and busser. It wasn’t long before she found her calling in sales and catering – a role she has embraced with enthusiasm and expertise.
As Sales & Catering Manager, Amber brings a personal touch to every event, from intimate weddings to large corporate retreats. Her deep knowledge of the resort, paired with her genuine care for guests and clients, ensures that every experience is seamless and memorable.
