It is like a home away from home. Very relaxing and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very helpful with any questions I had about the area and where to find things/places.

We were late coming out to the breakfast room and the items were more or less all put away, however, the staff insisted that it was no problem for them to bring us breakfast and they couldn’t have been nicer in bringing us breakfast foods. At no time did we feel any staff was upset because they had to go an extra step to provide breakfast for us. It was our fault we were late but we were made to feel welcome and there was no pressure from anyone for us to hurry up. It was a very good experience for us and we thought the staff was wonderful.

I just wanted to say that our team, The Markham Jaguars, stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in New Glasgow, NS for the week of Aug 3-10. We just wanted to let you know how very nice you all were to the team and how we were treated so well while down there.
