I wanted to write to say how happy we were with our stay at the Dartmouth location last weekend.  The hotel was exceptionally busy due to a concert and we didn't notice a lack in the service & still felt like we were valued & important guests.  None of the service seemed to lack even during the times of a packed full house.

Your hotel provided the BEST service at the front desk by a number of people during our stay.

The rooms were IMMACULATE and COMFORTABLE and sometimes that is difficult to find.  There have been times where, as a guest, you open the door to the room and hope for the best, but sometimes find things less than satisfactory, as if clean-up was quick and not thorough.  This was NOT the case!

Little things such as having the opportunity to enjoy the warm & welcoming breakfast nook to start the day was so refreshing as well as being able to quickly check our e-mails, bank account, etc., from the public computer.  I found all guests to be courteous and respectful of making their time on the computer quick & efficient.

I realize a lot of feedback is in complaint form, but we truly, truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and didn't have one negative thing to say about it.  I have to mention again the friendliness of everyone and the cleanliness.  That is just so refreshing.  It can be a big disappointment if your accommodations aren't up to par during a vacation.

Even during the BUSY morning breakfast bustle, they were constantly re-stocking items, making sure hot eggs were available, and tidying up as need be.

There is not a doubt in my mind that when we go to Dartmouth/Halifax again that this is the hotel we will be staying at.

We have over 20 years travel experience in Europe, USA and Canada and quite truthfully, the staff here are some of the nicest we have encountered.  They are always keen to help, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.  The bed was comfortable and I slept well, the gym room excellent and breakfast was fine.  Check in and out was efficient without being too rushed or like the staff were just doing a check list. The room was excellent.  A very enjoyable stay and made our time in Canada very pleasant. Will always recommend this hotel without any doubt.

Once again, my expectations were exceeded!!!! The night staff (since I arrived around midnight) was exceptional, very courteous and friendly and welcomed us with open arms, which was nice after driving in a snowstorm in the middle of April!  I must say that the lad named Glenn who worked the day shift the next day deserves a pat on the back.  Every time I call to make a reservation he greets me by name and always makes me feel valued as a customer.  He is a wonderful asset to your staff and needs to be recognized for his "extra mile" attitude and exceptional customer service. Thanks again and we'll be staying here many more times to come!

I stayed at this facility when I brought my daughter up to University three years ago.  The experience was excellent and that is why I returned this time for her graduation. If I visit Halifax again I would definitely stay here at Country Inn.  The facility is quiet and peaceful and you get a bang for your buck!  Keep up the good work!

The entire staff are extremely friendly and personable.  From the time I call them on the phone until the time I check out, everything is completely effortless for me.  They know my preference of room when booking on the phone and I never have to look for a credit card number or stress about needing a confirmation number.  There are many hotels in the area but it is the staff here that keeps me coming back.

I've stayed here close to 6 years.  Brenda and her staff are the main reasons I stay here.  Other hotel chains are closer to my place of business, but the staff make me feel welcome and at home. This was made apparent on my first three trips there several years ago, and though the staff has changed since then, the service hasn't.  Thanks!

Overall our overnight experience was great with clean rooms and plenty of space.  The staff was professional, friendly and helpful.  The location near the bridge was perfect for our visit.  We were in downtown Halifax in ten minutes. We are happy with the overall value.
