I am writing to tell you about my stay at the Lakeview Inn & Suites, Fort St. John location. The team there is exceptional and the cleanliness of the room was great. It was quiet and peaceful. I always woke refreshed. I then spent another 3 nights at another hotel; it was not the same experience at all. When I came back to Fort St. John ~ it was like coming home. I will definitely be staying at this facility again.

As pilot for an aerial spraying company I travel all over BC, Yukon and Washington State. In the opinion of the crew and myself your hotel is the finest in all the areas we travel. All the renovations are wonderful and are a large part of what makes the Lakeview Inn & Suites Fort St. John our only choice in the area. The other main asset you have is your staff. They are the most helpful and personable I have encountered in all of my travels. They provide exceptional customer service and are always willing to help with a smile and a great attitude.
Your team appreciates that we operate on a tight timetable and have never failed to get us to or from the airport no matter how busy they are. They will never take anything extra for this extra effort and always tell us “it is our pleasure”. Their unique brand of service is a far cry from other hotels and suffice it to say your team is the best we have dealt with from Washington to Watson Lake by a great margin!
